The associate will draft and review fund agreements and documentation for various investment vehicles, including private equity funds. They will also provide legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to asset managers and financial institutions, particularly in cross-border contexts. Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in investment funds and asset management, ideally in private practice. A Bachelor of Laws and membership in the Quebec Bar are required, along with fluency in both French and English.
