They will also provide legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to asset managers and financial institutions, particularly in cross-border contexts. Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in investment funds and asset management, ideally in private practice. A Bachelor of Laws and membership in the Quebec Bar are required, along with fluency in both French and English.
