The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services. Candidates must have a strong background in investment banking processes and client-facing experience. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct financial analysis, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis for potential transactions. • Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other transaction-related materials for client presentations. • Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities, including due diligence and financial feasibility assessments. • Collaborate with senior bankers to structure deals and negotiate terms with clients and counterparties. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting investment banking. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience, preferably in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance. • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel, including advanced formulas and macros. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP standards. • Experience with pitch book development, client presentations, and deal execution processes. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
