Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and revise fund documentation, including offering documents, limited partnership agreements, and side letters. • Provide legal advice on fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. • Collaborate with fund managers, compliance teams, and external counsel to address legal and operational challenges. • Conduct due diligence on fund investments and assess legal risks associated with fund transactions. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulations affecting investment funds and private equity.
