Support due diligence processes, including coordination with external advisors on legal, commercial, and market workstreams. Tasks may include assessing industry structure, company past performance, quality of the management team, and evaluation of the expected investment merits and risks. Support portfolio company management teams on strategic planning, M&A, operational improvements, and capital structure optimization. Monitor and report on portfolio company performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with team members to foster a high-performing and inclusive team culture. A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
