ONCAP, in partnership with operating company management teams, invests in and builds value in North American headquartered small and medium sized businesses that are market leaders and possess meaningful growth potential. ONCAP targets significant minority or control equity investments of $20 to $250 million. ONCAP is the mid-market private equity platform of Onex. Onex invests and manages capital on behalf of its shareholders and clients across the globe. Formed in 1984, we have a long track record of creating value for our clients and shareholders. Onex has three core platforms: specialty insurer Convex; our Private Equity business, comprised of Onex Partners and ONCAP; and our Credit business, which is a global leader in structured credit. Our investors include a broad range of global clients, including public and private pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, banks, insurance companies, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. In total, Onex has approximately $56.2 billion in assets under management, of which $9.5 billion is Onex’ own investing capital.
