This role will focus on expanding our presence in Retail Banking by building high‑trust relationships with key business leaders, product management teams, and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Retail Banking & Payments Expansion: Lead growth initiatives specifically focused on the Retail Banking segment of tier-1 Canadian financial institutions. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Map to and build strong relationships with senior business executives, domain heads, and product leaders. Account Growth & Retention: Focus on overall account retention, contract renewals, and identifying organic account expansion opportunities. Strategic Alignment: Translate the bank's business and digital transformation agendas into tailored consulting and technology solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal delivery, architecture, and executive leadership to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Domain Knowledge: Strong domain expertise in Retail Banking and/or Payments (e.g., electronic payments, cash management, payment rails, cards, or digital banking). Consulting / IT Services Background: Prior experience in client management or account management within major IT services and management consulting Seniority: Proven track record operating at Senior Manager Level in account management or client delivery. Financial Services Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Canadian banks or major financial institutions (prior experience with Canadian tier-1 banks).
