Manager, Financial Strategy and Optimization, Insurance and Wealth Management

*Please note that the position level is currently under evaluation The Financial Strategy and Performance, Insurance and Wealth Management Administrative Department is looking for a manager to lead the Financial Strategy and Optimization Department. As a strategic partner to three business sectors, this department ensures the consistency, efficiency, and value creation of financial activities. You will help optimize financial performance by contributing to the financial strategy, capital optimization and various performance levers. You will be responsible for building the team, defining its service offering, developing and implementing its action plan, and managing its performance. Through your engaging leadership style and your ability to develop talent, you will support informed decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and help create value for the organization. More specifically, you will be required to : Support the Director in establishing and operationalizing this new department.
