  • Drive continuous improvement of workforce management practices, including scheduling optimization, forecast accuracy, and productivity measurement.

  • Identify and implement efficiencies and cost opportunities across labour spend, balancing cost, service levels, sales performance, and execution.

  • Lead the roadmap for advanced workforce management capabilities, including AI-driven scheduling, forecasting, and productivity optimization.

  • Run regular labour and P&L performance reviews, providing clear variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and reinforcing accountability for controllable expenses.

  • Strong knowledge of store operating expense management in a multi‑site retail environment, including budgeting, forecasting, allocation, and performance tracking across controllable expenses.

  • Solid understanding of labour planning fundamentals (e.g., labour models, forecasting, scheduling, productivity standards, and time & attendance), with the ability to align labour decisions to store needs and business priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable operational insights for field leadership.

  • Proven change leadership—designing processes that drive adoption and reduce complexity for store teams.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, operational excellence, or operations analytics.

  • 2+ years leading or influencing enterprise processes across a multi-store environment; people leadership experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience partnering with Field Leadership (RVP/DM/Store Managers) to drive execution against budgets and operational standards.
