We are currently seeking a Operational Finance Analyst to join our team.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support operational and financial performance across our growing clinic network. Reporting to the Director, Operational Finance, this role will deliver meaningful reporting, budgeting support, and actionable insights that help drive operational decision-making and business performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly KPI and performance reporting for Operations and Executive Leadership
- Analyze operational and financial trends including revenue, productivity, referrals, and EBITDA performance
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Partner with clinic leadership, Regional Directors, and Vice Presidents on budget development and performance insights
- Build and maintain financial and operational reporting models in Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with Technology teams to improve reporting accuracy, KPI reliability, and data quality
- Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable business insights
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, operational analytics, FP&A, or related analytical roles
- CPA, MBA, CFA, or other professional designation considered an asset
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience considered an asset
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
