We are hiring for Sr. Technical Support Analyst role, please find the below details:
Location: Toronto – four days per week onsite Experience: 4–8 years’ Strong L2 application or production support experience Banking, wealth management, asset management, investment, brokerage or closely related financial-services experience Ability to write SQL queries independently from scratch Strong ServiceNow and Jira experience Production incident management, Sev-1/Sev-2 handling and RCA Batch-job support; Autosys is strongly preferred Oracle or SQL Server troubleshooting Deployment, patching and post-production validation experience Comfortable working onsite four days per week
