We specialize in Wealth Management, Insurance Strategies and Comprehensive Planning for business owners and high-net-worth professionals across Edmonton and Calgary. The Ideal Candidate: Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant We are seeking a driven, creative professional to be the engine behind our new brand. We need a confident, self-starter to join our team in-person to enhance our visual identity, and execute impactful marketing events and campaigns. High-End Collateral: Design bespoke, top-tier marketing materials and presentation decks that speak directly to high-net-worth clients, maintaining strict brand consistency across all print and digital assets. Digital & Social Footprint: Drive our corporate and partner LinkedIn profiles, drive website updates (incremental and future iterations), and manage our Google Business and review workflows. Event Facilitation & Client Experience: Plan and execute industry events—from intimate client dinners to larger prospect seminars—managing logistics, invitations, and targeted campaigns to attract our ideal market. Compliance Workflow: Act as the internal champion to efficiently navigate the financial industry's regulatory requirements, pushing materials through approval channels so we hit our deadlines. Must-Haves High proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and a professional Graphic Design software suite. Experience maximizing corporate social media platforms. Strong capability in working with, protecting, and expanding upon a logo and brand identity. A self-starter mentality—confident in your ability to take ownership and move projects forward. Experience writing, curating, and editing content in a professional setting. Nice-to-Haves Experience operating in a financial planning setting or a similarly regulated professional industry. Ability to take complex, technical concepts and simplify them into engaging, digestible content. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Details & Application Process This is a 24-month in-person role in our Edmonton office offering competitive compensation in alignment with your experience and industry expectations.
