Role Description We are hiring a Digital Asset Capital and Portfolio Associate (Remote, US) to support digital asset investment operations, portfolio management, and capital allocation initiatives across cryptocurrency and decentralized finance ecosystems. This role focuses on evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting strategic capital deployment across blockchain-based assets. The associate will work closely with investment, research, and treasury teams to optimize portfolio performance while contributing to long-term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities Support digital asset portfolio management and capital allocation activities Analyze cryptocurrency markets, blockchain projects, and emerging Web3 investment opportunities Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity conditions, and risk exposure across digital asset holdings Conduct research on DeFi protocols, tokenomics, staking opportunities, and blockchain infrastructure Assist with portfolio rebalancing, investment due diligence, and treasury optimization initiatives Monitor on-chain activity, market trends, and macroeconomic developments affecting digital assets Prepare investment reports, portfolio performance analyses, and market intelligence updates Collaborate with investment, research, and product teams on strategic blockchain initiatives
Qualifications Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and digital asset investing Experience or strong interest in portfolio analysis, capital allocation, investment research, or asset management Knowledge of DeFi, tokenomics, staking systems, liquidity management, and decentralized financial infrastructure Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms, digital asset exchanges, and portfolio management tools Strong analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and financial analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Passion for blockchain innovation, decentralized finance, and Web3 technologies
