About the role

A career as a Senior Multimedia Production Specialist in the Studio 24 – Digital practises team at National Bank means you can work as a specialist in the production of high-impact digital events and multimedia content. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in video production, sound and video management, post-production and coordination of multimedia projects, while actively contributing to the visibility and consistency of our brand image. In this role, you will be central to the digital experience of our colleagues and clients by translating strategic messages into engaging, modern and high-quality visual experiences. Your job Produce digital events and video content by operating the control room, ensuring the technical breakdown and logistical coordination of the various stakeholders. Capture, lighting, sound and post-production for in-house and external productions, produced in the studio or in an outdoor environment. Manage sound recording, audio mixing and broadcast systems during live events to ensure optimal technical quality. Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual approaches aligned with the brand image and communication objectives. Support and collaborate with internal and external partners during broadcasts on different platforms, by carrying out the technical tests required to ensure a smooth experience. Optimize and deploy technological improvements to equipment and production systems in conjunction with technology teams.

Your team The Vice-President – Human Experience and Performance is made up of multiple specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. In the Digital practises – Studio 24 sector, you are part of a team of approximately 7 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its creativity, innovation and human approach to digital communication. She designs high-impact productions to engage, motivate and inform employees··and various internal and external clients. The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Centre and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at any time.

Prerequisites 5 to 7 years of experience in multimedia production, studio and event environment Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software for production and post-production. Good knowledge of video post-production tools, including DAVinci, Resolve or equivalent software. Hands-on experience managing multimedia projects simultaneously with several stakeholders Be available for occasional travel.
