Management Lead deep, high-impact client conversations with confidence and high emotional in
telligence. Present comprehensive Fina
ncial Plans. Deliver a high-touch, premium experience that helps clients confidently
take action. Maintain consistent momentum via quarterly check-ins and annual c
lient reviews. 2️⃣ Growth & Busin
ess Development Participate in high-value networking opportunities, client dinner
s, and seminars. Collaborate with our pipeline and marketing teams to convert incomi
ng opportunities. Drive organic referral growth through unmatched relati
onship management. 3️⃣ Int
ernal Collaboration Work seamlessly with internal insurance, investment, and operations teams to
execute strategies. Keep the CRM sharp, accurate, and
updated with urgency. 🎯 What We’re Looki
ng ForRequired Traits: ⚡ High Ownership: You follow through consistently and maint
ain a sense of urgency. 🗣️ Elite Communicator: You are persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and natu

ed or actively in progress. 💼 Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, client advi

ofessionals is a major asset. 🎤 Public speaking or pres
entation experience is a plus. 💰 Compen sation & Path to Leadership💵 Competitive base sala
