ArrowMark Partners is seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst/Associate (Structured Equity) based out of its headquarters in Denver, CO. This is a great growth opportunity for the exceptionally hard worker who wants to gain extensive experience and be exposed to diverse areas of the commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with senior investment professionals to underwrite, structure, and execute CRE investments with specific focus on its commercial mortgage lending business. Primary responsibilities include deal underwriting and investment analysis for all property types, prepare deal summaries and investment memorandums, as well as assisting senior investment professionals with transaction structuring, due diligence and closing, asset/risk management, among other areas. Estimate cash flow and property valuations based on the historical and current operations of the property in addition to performing market research and in-depth fundamental analysis of investment opportunities. Manage the client relationship from loan quote to loan close, including regular calls with mortgage brokers/bankers and borrowers and begin a conduit for the originator. Participate in structuring, document drafting and negotiations (LOIs, term sheets, partnership agreements, loan documents, etc.), due diligence and closing processes Participate and present in pipeline meetings, internal deal discussions, and investment committees while displaying a high level of communication and presentation skills Collect, analyze and review all due diligence information required for loan underwriting and closing, including rent rolls (lease roll over and tenant analysis) historical operating statements, borrowing entity documents, SNDAs and estoppels, tax returns, bank statements and others.

Desired Experience & Skills:

2-5 years of experience in the real estate investment industry with a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or advisory firm is preferred. Proven capability in evaluating and managing real estate investments, conducting research independently as well as conducting due diligence/deal underwritings. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Argus, CoStar, financial modeling, and ability to present your views and recommendations to senior management in a concise and organized manner. Direct experience with AI-related technologies a plus. Must demonstrate excellent verbal/written skills, effective interpersonal skills, self-motivated ambition, high intellectual curiosity, and a desire to continuously expand knowledge base. Exceptional attention to detail is required. Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task, take initiative, manage multiple timelines (with multiple originators who may have different styles) and work under tight deadlines. Established capital markets experience including relationships with real estate sponsors, market intermediaries and capital partners is a plus but not required. Completion of undergraduate studies; CFA and/or MBA is a plus.

Compensation* and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is approximated to be $90,000 – $150,000 USD. Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award. *The salary range is posted in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado. Actual pay will be based on the skills and experience of each candidate.
