Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Working with the CRE Strategy and Transformation team to conduct data analysis, own our customer relationship management program, and synthesize insights to drive frameworks and tools. Along with managing long-term strategic plans for key markets globally and managing key socialization with business stakeholders and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes continuous skill development in areas like structured thinking, stakeholder communication, and advanced analytics to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Synthesize complex data (e.g., occupancy metrics, employee feedback, cost benchmarks) into actionable insights and digestible content for executives Build and own material development for senior audiences and enterprise programs Contribute to the development of portfolio optimization recommendations to optimize workspace utilization, occupancy cost, and operational efficiency Prepare high-impact reports, presentations, and business cases for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, actionable insights, and alignment with strategic priorities Oversee complex data analysis (e.g., occupancy trends, cost benchmarks, employee feedback) to identify risks, opportunities, and ROI-driven recommendations Support the development of scalable frameworks globally to support all regions (e.g., data validation, methodology templates) to standardize workflows and drive consistency Advance proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python) and modeling techniques Partner closely with CRE, HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to integrate workplace strategies with broader organizational goals, such as hybrid work models, sustainability, and cost optimization WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: 4+ years of corporate real estate and/or management consulting experience with at least 2 years in a senior capacity Strong business and financial acumen Strong client focus and responsiveness to business needs, while influencing change agenda (where required) to achieve enterprise goals Highly proficient communication and presentation skills including executive engagement Ability to work in a matrix organization with global functions (centers of excellence) and regional delivery model Strong research and analytical skills Good working knowledge of Excel and comfortable working with large data sets Nice-to-have: Previous consulting experience with large clients/financial services or previous global strategy roles Financial services industry experience Global Corporate Real Estate experience MBA or Graduate Degree WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
