Job Summa ry PetPlace is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Lost Pet Recovery who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service. The Customer Service Representative- Lost Pet is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issu es. Job Location: Re mote Main Responsibil ities Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agree ments.Manages incoming contacts regarding members questions, customer complaints, products, warranties, and general customer inquiries in accordance with quality and processing guide lines.Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member acc ounts.Maintains product knowledge, and awareness of customer services policies, and/or store pol icies.If applicable, maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compl iance.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assi gned.
