TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Bilingual Contract Funding Specialist, reporting to the Supervisor of Contract Funding. This role resides in our Markham Head Office. What You’ll Be Doing: Matches contracts to our internal system and verifies terms and conditions that have been submitted and approved Review contracts and credit applications for completeness, proper date/signature and accuracy and compliance with all requirements Verifies contract rates are accurate in accordance to the rate letters and special programs Accurately and efficiently enter data required to complete each contract Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from dealerships to resolve funding issues Maintain strong relationships with dealerships Other duties as required What You’ll Bring: 2+ years' experience in banking, finance, legal or the auto industry is preferred High School Diploma required.
