Mid-Level Debt Finance Associate (office located in New York City)

Our client is seeking a talented Debt Finance Associate (4- 7 years experience) to join its highly regarded New York-based finance practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex syndicated, leveraged, and acquisition financing transactions alongside market-leading practitioners in a collaborative, international platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a broad spectrum of banking and finance matters, including syndicated and leveraged finance transactions.

Key Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school (or equivalent legal qualification). Admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar (or ability to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction). 4–7 years of experience in debt finance, leveraged finance, or related banking transactions. Strong experience drafting and negotiating: Credit agreements; Commitment papers; Financing documentation for leveraged and syndicated transactions Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire and ability to relocate to New York City
