Votre future équipe En tant que membre clé de notre équipe de droit des affaires, vous collaborerez avec des professionnels se spécialisant en acquisitions & ventes d’entreprises, en financement, en réorganisations corporatives et bien plus encore. Au quotidien, vous travaillerez étroitement avec une équipe humaine et authentique qui se distingue par son expertise, sa créativité, sa passion, son authenticité, sa générosité et son excellence. Vos défis à venir chez BCF Vous travaillerez dans des mandats stimulants en droit des affaires: acquisitions & ventes d'entreprises, financement, réorganisations corporatives, négociations d'ententes, etc.; Vous interviendrez à plusieurs étapes du processus, dont la vérification diligente ainsi que la rédaction et la révision d'ententes commerciales; Vous orchestrerez également la clôture des transactions dans des secteurs variés; Vous créerez des partenariats sincères et aurez un impact concret auprès de nos clients, que ce soit des PME ou des corporations, œuvrant dans des secteurs variés.
