Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate across Commercial Banking and functional partners, including Finance and other partners, with the following:
Planning and Scheduling Communicate project updates, priorities and expectations to stakeholders and team members Risk and Issue Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions. Ensure all project artifacts (e.g., project plans and reports) are stored in a centralized location. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Must Have Skills
Program Management for complex project with multiple workstreams Commercial Banking Experience (i.e., past projects with Commercial Banking) Regulatory experience Wires and Payment experience (i.e., SWIFT)
Skillset
Communication skills at executive level Build strong relationships with stakeholders Facilitation/Presentation skills Team player Strategic Thinking
