JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary: $80,000-$90,000

Location: Remote (Western Canada)

Employment: Full-Time Permanent

Insight Global is seeking experienced Life Insurance Case Managers to join a rapidly growing Insurance client within their Advanced Markets team. This role is ideal for candidates with 3–5+ years of life insurance new business, underwriting support, or case management experience, with exposure to larger, more complex cases. Successful candidates bring strong organizational and critical-thinking skills, the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously, and the confidence to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-3–5+ years of experience in life insurance new business, underwriting support, or case management

-Strong understanding of life insurance products and underwriting processes (financial and medical requirements)

-Experience managing complex cases and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

-Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Fluency in French or Mandarin OR based in Western Canada (Alberta or British Columbia)
