Role Description This is a commission only, full-time, on-site & remote role for a Mortgage Agent/Broker, based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Mortgage Agent/Broker will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage financing needs, negotiating with lenders to secure the best terms, and providing personalized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This position requires thorough market research, management of loan applications, and active communication with both clients and financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications In-depth knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending practices. Proficient in Mortgage Servicing and understanding of related processes. Expertise in Mortgages, including structuring and customizing financing solutions for various client needs. Skills in Mortgage Marketing with the ability to grow and maintain strong client relationships. Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills to achieve positive outcomes for clients. Familiarity with financial regulations and market trends in Canada, particularly in the Greater Toronto Area. Licensing as a Mortgage Agent/Broker in compliance with local regulatory requirements. (FSRA) Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service and achieving high customer satisfaction.
