Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise risk platform. This role focuses on L3 production support, incident management, platform stability, and data operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Required Skills 8+ years of Production Support, L3 Support, or Platform Engineering experience Java & Spring Boot Oracle SQL Kafka or JMS REST APIs & Microservices OpenShift/Kubernetes GitHub/Bitbucket & CI/CD ServiceNow AppDynamics, Splunk, or ELK Data lineage, data quality, and data reconciliation
Nice to Have Angular or React Data Lake experience MongoDB or Couchbase Enterprise Risk or Financial Services experience Exposure to GenAI or Agentic AI applications
Key Responsibilities Lead L3 production support and resolve complex production incidents. Monitor application health, data pipelines, and platform performance. Troubleshoot issues across Java services, Oracle databases, Kafka, and REST APIs. Coordinate production releases and support CI/CD processes. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability. Drive operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in large enterprise or financial services environments is preferred.
