About Optimize Wealth Management Optimize Wealth Management provides financial professionals with a suite of technology tools and practice management support designed to help them run stronger, more efficient businesses. We are looking for an outgoing, tech-savvy, and client-focused Training & Practice Management Specialist to support advisors through structured meetings, systems training, and practice management discussions.

The opportunity We are seeking a Training & Practice Management Specialist to join our team at our Toronto office. In this role, you will lead one-on-one and small group meetings with financial advisors, guiding them through a structured agenda that combines practice management coaching with systems and technology training. You will help advisors better understand and leverage our CRM, advisor portal, and related tools while ensuring meetings remain focused, productive, and aligned with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key responsibilities Lead one-on-one and small group meetings with advisors using a structured script and meeting agenda. Guide advisors through practice management topics such as open service items, prospect outreach, client touchpoints, and workflow discipline. Deliver live systems training and screen-sharing support on Optimize’s CRM, advisor portal, and related tools. Respond to common questions, manage objections, and keep conversations on track while maintaining a professional and constructive tone. Reinforce clear next steps and follow-up actions after each meeting. Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure a consistent and high-quality advisor experience.

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as training, support, sales, account management, or advisory services. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow a script and lead structured conversations confidently. Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate software confidently and provide effective screen-sharing support. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a structured process while adapting in real time. Polished, personable, and dependable, with strong judgment and follow-through. Experience in financial services, advisor support, or practice management is considered an asset.
