As the Intermediate Agile Analyst you will support the delivery of new innovative features and enhancements to business partners. You will investigate moderately complex workflows, resolve procedural issues, and ensure project deliverables are met in a flexible and collaborative agile environment. You will be responsible to gather requirements, analyze impacts to applications, define detailed stories and verify that delivered products meet expectations.

 

HOW YOU WILL CREATE IMPACT: 

  • Capturing and developing business requirements and acting as a subject matter expert in the investigation and resolution of intermediate workflow and procedural matters.
  • Managing business process design activities, defining business functional and design specifications and performing data analysis to identify data gaps and develop data conversion mapping tables.
  • Planning system and user acceptance testing, creating test data, verifying application accuracy and managing the defect resolution process.
  • Collaborating with business partners in selecting and prioritizing business and technical systems initiatives.
  • Providing functional guidance to the team during the verification process, participating in the planning of technical implementations, and developing user documentation and training materials for new processes and systems.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

TO JOIN OUR TEAM:

  • You have three years of experience in software application development as an Agile Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Quality Analyst or a related field.
  • You have a post-secondary diploma in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • You have or are working towards a designation in business analysis, quality analysis or agile methodology.
  • You have strong knowledge of business and quality analysis practices and testing processes, query tools and reporting.
  • You have a strong understanding of technical concepts, applications, programming tools, operating systems and interfaces.

Salary placement

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Incentive/Variable pay

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.

Sales Roles

Expected salary/hourly range $X - $X (min-max, full range). This role is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan for additional compensation with an annual target of X%.
