About the Role

Dynamic Capital is one of Canada?s leading equipment finance companies, providing fast, flexible funding solutions to businesses across construction, transportation, energy, manufacturing, and beyond. We?re growing, and we?re looking for a Credit Analyst to grow with us.

In this role, you?ll work at the center of our lending process - analyzing deals, building credit structures, and presenting your recommendations to senior decision-makers. This isn?t a junior support position. You?ll have real responsibility, real visibility, and a direct hand in the decisions that drive our business forward.

What You?ll Do

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and ratios to evaluate risk and identify opportunities
• Recommend creative financing structures to optimize deal approvals and client outcomes
• Present findings and recommendations to our adjudication committee
• Research asset values and industry trends to support lending decisions
• Partner closely with our Sales Team to move deals forward efficiently

What We?re Looking For

• Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year in commercial lending, leasing, or financial analysis is an asset - but not required
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
• Intermediate Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, curious, and solutions-focused
• Background in equipment finance (transportation, oil & gas, construction, forestry, or manufacturing) is a strong plus
