Amazon Ads seeks a Finance Manager to lead Agency Finance and Strategy across the global expansion portfolio. This role is the primary Finance partner to agency leadership teams supporting a broad portfolio of international locales including Japan, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Mexico, UAE, TR, the Nordics, and others. This locales and reports directly to the Finance Director supporting global expansion for Ads Sales.
A successful candidate will operate independently in a rapidly growing and evolving business. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable building and refining financial models as they are with challenging and refining business strategies.
Key job responsibilities Financial Planning & Modeling
Own the agency revenue plan across the IX+CA+JP portfolio, supporting rapid multi-year growth targets
Build and maintain financial models supporting long-range scenarios, stepping stones, and sensitivity analyses
Lead quarterly guidance, annual planning cycles, and variance analysis across dozens of deals and locales
Model the economics of incentive structures (rebates, price terms, hybrid) that vary by market
Strategy Development
Partner with agency sales leadership to drive three simultaneous transformation workstreams: coverage expansion, incentive optimization, and partner segmentation
Develop the strategy to significantly expand agency coverage and deepen engagement with agency partners
Build the business case and roadmap for scaling the Independent agency segment
Identify and close advertiser concentration and supply source gaps
Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor across agency leadership teams spanning multiple locales and holdco structures
Translate complex, multi-market financial data into actionable narratives for senior leadership
Challenge assumptions, pressure-test targets, and bring analytical rigor to investment decisions
A day in the life The Agency landscape is a large, high-growth portfolio with an ambitious multi-year trajectory. It spans Big6 holdcos and Indies across diverse markets, with incentive structures that vary significantly by locale and coverage that must expand substantially over the planning horizon. This role will be at the center of that transformation.
About the team This role is part of an international and decentralized team supporting over 30 recently launched Ads business across Asia, Europe, North and South America, and Australia. Basic Qualifications: - 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
