About the role
Mortgage Servicing Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)
WHO WE ARE
Neighbourhood Holdings is a leading residential mortgage fund operating across Canada. We work directly with mortgage brokers to provide short-term loans to borrowers who can’t access traditional bank financing. Our borrowers are entrepreneurs, immigrants, young families, and people going through transition periods in their lives who don’t fit in a bank-defined box. They go to mortgage brokers, who help them get access to alternative financing through lenders like us. We market to our broker partners, who appreciate that we are transparent, efficient, and reliable, trusting us to get the job done day in and day out.
Our team is ambitious, creative, collaborative, and data-driven. We consistently seek ways to improve and thrive in complexity. Since 2015, our team has raised capital from senior lenders and wealth managers. In the fall of 2025, we acquired Fisgard Asset Management, creating one of the largest non-bank lenders in Canada with nearly $800 million in assets under management. With a proven track record for growth, we are looking to add to our team to continue on this strong trajectory. Neighbourhood is the proud recipient of CMP’s 5-Star Mortgage Product Award and one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ in 2025.
