The Junior Administrator, Treasury (Business Operations) is assigned with daily payment processing and operation. The Junior Administrator will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This role functions as a mid-to-back-office banking employee at Head office.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Manage daily remittance incoming/transfer, cheque clearing and imaging verifications/ ATM/ EFT transaction processing.
  • Handle reject/return items requested from EFT In/Outward or Cheque Clearing considering branch confirmation.
  • Input new orders and discard of valued document (security card and debit card) in Aither and prepare related reports.
  • Support Treasury back office.
  • Follow the tracking system and outstanding items.
  • Support claims and investigations regarding business operations from branch.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Report daily payment processing results.
  • Provide support to test or implement services/systems related to business operations as required.
  • Effect continuous quality and productivity improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures within the department.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in related fields.

Work Experience Requirements: Previous experience in banking industry is a great asset.
