Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior End Point Engineer to join a leading payments organization and support and advance its modern endpoint management strategy. This individual will serve as a senior technical lead within the End User Services team, helping drive the organization's transition from a co-managed SCCM/Intune environment toward a cloud-first endpoint management model.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, endpoint engineering, Autopilot, modern device management, and endpoint automation. This person will lead endpoint-focused initiatives, mentor engineers, act as a senior escalation resource, and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-scale endpoint technologies supporting approximately 2,000-2,500 devices.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support enterprise endpoint management initiatives within a modern Intune environment. -Drive endpoint modernization efforts and support the transition from SCCM to Intune. -Manage Intune application deployments, device enrollment, patching, compliance, and endpoint policies. -Support and optimize Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment. -Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automations. -Lead endpoint-focused projects from design through implementation. -Provide Tier 3 endpoint support and technical leadership to the team. -Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards, documentation, and process improvements.

*Pay range for this role is between $120k/yr - 130k/yr CAD.
