Wealth Management Responsibilities Analyze investment, portfolio management, financial planning, and advisory workflows. Support implementation of wealth management platforms and digital advisory solutions. Understand client onboarding, KYC, risk profiling, portfolio reporting, and investment lifecycle. Work with products such as mutual funds, equities, fixed income, retirement planning, and alternative investments. Insurance Responsibilities Analyze life, health, and general insurance business processes. Support policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, renewals, and customer servicing. Understand insurance product configuration and regulatory requirements. Work with distribution channels including agents, brokers, and digital platforms. Required Skills Business analysis and requirements gathering BRD, FRD, user stories, and use case documentation Agile/Scrum methodology Process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN) SQL for data analysis Microsoft Excel and Power BI Jira and Confluence API and system integration understanding UAT planning and execution Strong communication and stakeholder management
