You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.   At Bell, your skills and expertise will help set us apart as we continue to be the leading provider of digital connections and next generation services to businesses and governments.   The Bell Business Markets (BBM) Infrastructure Service (IS) is in the business of reselling manufacturer equipment, vendor-branded and Bell-branded services and cabling to a variety of customers. The IS Product Team is looking for a strategic pricing manager who will be supporting multiple industry verticals. This individual will work closely with Bell Canada’s sales and finance teams nationally and must possess the business acumen and leadership required to support the pricing strategy across different business sectors.Key Responsibilities

Provide support in day-to-day pricing analyses and approvals for resale, maintenance and cabling opportunities. Work with cross-functional teams on customer Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and other pricing requests.     Conduct financial analyses and modelling on large business opportunities. Provide pricing strategies and leadership for complex opportunities with a focus on improving win rates while maximizing profitability and aligning to corporate profitability focus. Work with other Lines of Business within BBM to consolidate financial analyses for complex solutions. Prepare strong and well-supported business case to executives for pricing approval. Participate in funnel discussion with sales and finance to gain early visibility of pricing requests. Attend cadence meetings with sales solution specialists and client executives to understand account challenge and market dynamics. Track and document win/loss and competitive information for key opportunities. Gather market and competition intelligence through different channels. Initiate post-mortem reviews with sales for key losses to gain lesson-learns and share with the extended pricing team and product managers. Understand various partner incentive programs and discount structures to support pricing activities. Responsible for the management of various Partner Performance and Incentive Programs, including claiming, tracking, and reporting eligible earned rebates. Optimization of vendor rebate programs through financial modeling, projection, and leveraging program rules. Predictive analytics of future results based on current performance and trends. Assisting in the development of yearly plans by translating corporate initiatives into IS objectives. Liaising with product/marketing to build monthly scorecards and insightful executive presentations to share the findings and influence stakeholders on the next steps to be taken. Supporting pricing competitive analysis on resale business opportunities. Assisting in the management of sales business opportunity funnel for pricing team’s consumption. Work with finance and sales to investigate and analyze the sales funnel and identify opportunities to improve the process and management. Work with product & sales team to support Bell’s services portfolio. Critical Qualifications

A university degree in business (preferably in finance/marketing/economics), or with 1-3 years of experience in financial planning role; Strong business and finance acumen (i.e. understanding of project financial data and business case development); Proven ability to manage and develop clear, concise strategies, justify major investment recommendations and interact with senior management; Creative problem-solving skills, strategic thinker with the ability to work with ambiguity; Excellent analytical skills including:

The ability to effectively mine source data; The ability to quantify and analyze performance data;
