About the role

Integris, a Division of Coastal Community Credit Union, is seeking a Regional Manager, Business Banking, based out of our River Point Branch in Prince George, BC.

The Regional Manager, Business Banking provides leadership to the Business Banking team within the region and oversees operations, business development, and team performance. This role focuses on driving regional growth through strong member relationships, employee engagement, and collaboration across business lines.

The successful candidate will support the achievement of financial targets while fostering strong community connections and ensuring teams deliver a high level of service to our members.

Band Range:$111,038.00 - $129,544.00

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Business Banking team within the region.
  • Oversee Business Banking operations within the region, ensuring the team operates in alignment with organizational policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business and strengthen member relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across business lines to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop and implement regional business plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.

Financial Performance

  • Support the achievement of financial targets and regional growth objectives.
  • Build relationships within the local business community and strengthen the Credit Union’s presence in the region.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial services environment, including leadership and portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of personal and business lending, deposit products, and financial services operations.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate and construction lending practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the local financial marketplace and regional communities.
