What you do

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by establishing rapport, and understanding of customer needs.
  • Fulfill personal banking needs such as personal and business profiles, term deposits, and other offering banking products and services.
  • Seek opportunities to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Proactively demonstrate our value proposition and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
  • Participate in sales meetings and maintain an accurate history of sales and service activity on the customer relationship management system
  • Refer customers to other team members and business partners as needed, collaborating to ensure seamless and rewarding customer experience.
  • Ensure exceptional member experience by providing back-up support for other team members.
  • Support and participate in community initiatives.

What you bring

  • Previous banking, credit union or advisory sales experience with a strong interest in developing your financial services career.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity and passion for learning, strong team orientation, and a keenness to help others.
  • Skills in computer systems and processes.

Compensation

  • Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that are market competitive and reviewed annually.
  • The salary for this role is $40,000 to $50,000. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
