Responsabilités principales: Gouvernance financière et conformité Superviser la conformité financière et réglementaire dans un contexte multi-entités et multi-juridictions Assurer la fiabilité, la qualité et la ponctualité du reporting financier consolidé Coordonner les audits externes et maintenir des pratiques alignées avec des standards élevés de gouvernance Contrôles internes et gestion des risques Évaluer, mettre en place et renforcer les contrôles internes et processus financiers Identifier les risques financiers et opérationnels et recommander des mesures d’atténuation adaptées à un environnement PME en croissance Budgets, performance et planification Diriger les processus de budgétisation, de prévisions financières et de suivi de la performance Développer des outils de pilotage financier et des indicateurs de performance pertinents Fournir des analyses financières claires afin d’appuyer la prise de décision de la direction Leadership et coordination Superviser et encadrer une petite équipe finance répartie entre le Canada et l’international Collaborer étroitement avec la haute direction et les partenaires externes (auditeurs, conseillers, institutions financières)

Profil recherché Titre de CPA requis Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience progressive en cabinet comptable ou en industrie Expérience significative dans des environnements PME en croissance Capacité démontrée à opérer de façon hands-on tout en apportant structure, rigueur et vision Bonne compréhension des exigences, de la gouvernance et des standards financiers propres à une organisation publique ou en voie de le devenir Solide expertise en reporting, contrôles internes, conformité et planification financière Leadership mature, pragmatique et orienté solutions Bilinguisme français et anglais requis

Key responsibilities Financial governance and compliance Oversee financial and regulatory compliance within a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting Coordinate external audits and maintain practices aligned with high governance standards Internal controls and risk management Assess, implement, and strengthen internal controls and financial processes Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies adapted to a growing SME environment Budgeting, performance, and planning Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes Develop financial dashboards and relevant performance indicators Provide clear financial analysis to support executive decision-making Leadership and coordination Lead and support a small finance team located across Canada and internationally Work closely with senior leadership and external partners (auditors, advisors, financial institutions)

Candidate profile CPA designation required Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or industry Significant experience in growing SME environments Proven ability to operate in a hands-on capacity while bringing structure, discipline, and vision Strong understanding of the requirements, governance, and financial standards of a public or pre-public organization Solid expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and financial planning Mature, pragmatic leadership style with a solution-oriented mindset Fully bilingual in French and English
