Role Description We are hiring a DAO Treasury Manager to support treasury research, strategy, and digital asset analysis across decentralized organizations, cryptocurrency markets, and Web3 financial ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on DAO treasury activity, digital assets, governance strategy, and blockchain-based financial environments.

The role involves researching DAO treasury holdings, token exposure, liquidity conditions, governance activity, capital flows, and on-chain financial behavior. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in cryptocurrency, decentralized finance, DAO governance, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset markets, with the ability to identify treasury patterns and communicate strategic insights clearly.

Responsibilities • Lead research across DAO treasuries, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain networks, and digital asset sectors • Monitor treasury holdings, token exposure, liquidity conditions, governance activity, and market sentiment • Track developments across DAO communities, DeFi protocols, exchanges, token ecosystems, and Web3 financial applications • Review public blockchain data, market reports, governance proposals, news, and research sources to identify relevant insights • Analyze how DAO treasury activity responds to market conditions, protocol updates, governance decisions, and liquidity changes • Develop treasury reports, market intelligence updates, governance summaries, and digital asset research materials • Support strategic discussions around treasury allocation, portfolio exposure, risk management, and Web3 capital strategy • Collaborate with team members on research, market analysis, innovation strategy, and blockchain-focused initiatives • Maintain organized research materials, treasury watchlists, DAO ecosystem notes, and governance intelligence materials

Qualifications • Strong interest in cryptocurrency, DAO governance, DeFi, blockchain, Web3, and digital asset markets • Familiarity with DAO treasuries, governance forums, DeFi ecosystems, token markets, or crypto communities • Understanding of treasury strategy, liquidity, token exposure, governance activity, market risk, and digital asset infrastructure • Familiarity with blockchain explorers, on-chain data, analytics tools, DAO governance tools, or crypto research platforms is a plus • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills • Clear written communication and ability to present complex market insights effectively • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple research priorities • Previous experience in treasury analysis, investment research, crypto research, financial research, DeFi research, or emerging technology research is helpful

Compensation Salary range: CAD115,000 - CAD140,000 per year depending on experience
