Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support complex client activities, transactions, and operational processes. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensure process compliance, and contribute to achieving service commitments while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Daily Responsibilities Delivers excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, Better. Focus on attaining established benchmarks for complex and/or specialized client activities, transactions and/or processes, contributing to achievement of business specific Client Service Commitments (CSC’s) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA). Consistently demonstrates a sense of urgency in daily activities understanding the importance and impact of personal actions on achieving a superior client experience. Responsible for successful fulfillment and servicing of complex transactions and/or investigations. Ensure process/controls are in place and are being followed. Analyzes non-standard and/or specialized transactions. Provides professional, attentive and accurate service when dealing with both clients and staff. Demonstrates commitment to taking ownership and accountability at first point of contact and ensuring appropriate escalation as required. Technology & Software Requirements The selected candidate will utilize: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Online systems and applications Internal operational and transaction processing systems Microsoft Office tools Required Skills & Qualifications Strong background with the use of window-based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skills. Proven analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach while working in a high-volume environment. Strong adaptability and flexibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Investment knowledge. Experience working with Sales Platform, RBIS, Unitrax, or similar systems. Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken). Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of or exposure to Retail Banking Branches, Direct Investing, or similar financial services environments.

The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
