À titre de souscripteur commercial, vous devrez fournir des polices d’assurance titres aux clients pour leurs transactions immobilières commerciales. Vous passerez en revue les renseignements et les documents sur les transactions, discuterez des problèmes avec les clients, évaluerez les défauts et émettrez des polices. Connaissance technique de la pratique du droit immobilier et compréhension du fonctionnement d’une transaction immobilière.
VOTRE CONTRIBUTION :
- Recevoir des commandes d’assurance titres par téléphone, par l’intermédiaire du portail, en ligne et par courriel.
- Examiner la documentation sous-jacente, y compris les rapports sur les titres, les recherches, les arpentages et d’autres documents connexes.
- Souscrire et préparer les polices d’assurance titres
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients concernant la couverture au titre de la police, la souscription, les taux et les procédures.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle de premier ordre et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients.
VOS COMPÉTENCES :
- Cinq années d’expérience à titre de technicien juridique immobilier dans un cabinet juridique travaillant sur des dossiers immobiliers, de l’ouverture à la clôture.
- Professionnalisme et intérêt marqué pour le service à la clientèle, en plus d’excellentes aptitudes en communication.
- Solides compétences en analyse, capacité à faire preuve de minutie tout en menant plusieurs tâches de front dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
- Capacité à travailler à la fois de façon autonome et en équipe.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Titre de technicien juridique souhaité.
- Expérience en assurance titres, un atout.
Total Direct Compensation:
71,000-86,900
