Under the supervision of the Controller, the successful candidate will support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed.

Your Big Responsabilities

Committed to a top performance in a safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned to be deemed in the best interest of the organization Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare and maintain financial records and reports Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Process invoices, expense reports, and payments Assist with payroll and month-end closing activities Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation Respond to vendor and customer inquiries in a professional manner Support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
