Role Description This is a (BFS) full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Agent at Dominion Lending Centres - TLC Mortgage Group. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for providing clients with the best rates and mortgage products available. They will work with lenders to explain the options and answer any questions the clients may have. The Mortgage Agent will also act as a client advocate, maintaining excellent standards of customer service and ethics.

Qualifications Knowledge of mortgage products and rates Experience in providing excellent customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex information in a simple and straightforward manner Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial documents Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the mortgage industry and regulations Preferred: Certification as a Mortgage Agent
