About the role
We are hiring a Salesforce Developer for an onsite role in Toronto, ON.
Must-have requirements:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Metadata.
Proven experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud in banking, insurance, or wealth management programs.
Experience designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions aligned with banking and wealth management use cases.
Experience configuring FSC features such as Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Management.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a regulated environment.
Experience implementing business automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, and validation rules.
Experience building and maintaining integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and data governance.
Experience with API integrations and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, production support, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
