About the role
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives within a financial services environment. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the Salesforce backlog. Remove blockers, manage risks, and track sprint progress. Coordinate Salesforce Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and stakeholders. Provide Agile metrics, status updates, and support release planning activities.
Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Scrum Master experience. 3+ years working on Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects. Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) environments.
Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/SAFe). Salesforce certification (Admin or Business Analyst). Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
