You will play a crucial role in analyzing performance, devising recommendations, and driving impactful changes. ______________________________________________________________________________ What you’ll accomplish with us As a Marketing Advisor II, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Manage complex marketing campaigns for unique groups, new products, and promotional offers, while creating efficient processes and providing guidance to team members to support successful execution. Develop marketing strategies, communication plans, and sales tactics to support divisional objectives, product launches, and key accounts. Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement recommendations to optimize results. Collaborate with designers by providing direction and feedback on the creation and enhancement of marketing materials, while supporting the review and continuous improvement of French-language content. Create compelling English and French content for a variety of channels, including websites, social media, sales collateral, brochures, proposals, presentations, sales letters, and email campaigns. ______________________________________________________________________________ What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Is known for their ability to create effective and professional marketing communications across various mediums. Stands out for their collaboration skills, effectively partnering with Account Executives, management, and cross-functional teams to support clients, business initiatives, and major product launches. Demonstrates strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings, manage multiple priorities, follow up on deliverables, and provide recommendations to ensure successful outcomes. Is recognized for their adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and professional communication skills when navigating roadblocks, supporting projects, and collaborating with internal and external partners at multiple levels. Has a degree in marketing or a related discipline, as well as experience in marketing, content creation, business improvement initiatives, staff training, and reviewing, verifying, and approving the work of others.
