This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies, optimizing the entire sales funnel, and leading high-performing teams to maximize business performance across the organization.
What You'll Do: • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies • Own and optimize the complete sales funnel • Improve lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition • Build forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive growth • Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
What We're Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or commercial leadership ✔ Strong understanding of sales funnels and revenue operations ✔ Data-driven with excellent analytical and forecasting skills ✔ Proven ability to build scalable growth strategies ✔ Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Hours and Location: • Monday - Friday • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Hybrid Role - 2 Days In Office, 3 Days Work From Home • Office Based in Brampton, ON
