Job Title: Project Administrator II Location: Calgary/Edmonton, AB OR Kamloops/Prince George/Ft. St. John, BC (hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Contract (with possible extensions)
Description: Manage purchase orders, budgets, payments, expense reports, and vendor onboarding. Support community sponsorships, coordinate events, and manage event logistics, travel, and promotional materials. Maintain compliance documentation, engagement logs, meeting minutes, SharePoint, and records. Monitor shared inboxes, calendars, and provide administrative support to leadership. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and Community & Indigenous Engagement teams; attend regular meetings. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (or equivalent education/experience). Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and general computer applications. Strong communication, organization, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
