Business Systems Analyst---Core Focus: Bridge the gap between technical reality and business strategy, decommission legacy backlogs, and drive future-state requirements. • Story Decommissioning & Backlog Grooming: Audit, rationalize, and formally retire stale or technical-debt-heavy ServiceNow stories. Align the active backlog with current business priorities. • Gap & Issue Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis for process gaps and system issues by collaborating heavily with both business stakeholders and technical engineering teams. • Functional Advocacy: Educate business units on "out-of-the-box" (OOTB) ServiceNow capabilities to minimize custom code and help them define realistic future-state requirements. • Requirements Architecture: Translate complex business processes into highly structured, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team.----
