This is a full-cycle delivery role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for mid-market organizations across Western Canada. You will lead discovery, design solutions, and guide clients from requirements through go-live as a trusted advisor, with a collaborative team by your side. Position Overview JOT is growing, and we are looking for an intermediate to senior ERP Consultant who brings to every engagement. We see our consultants as trusted advisors who bring expertise and recommendations to the table, not order-takers who wait to be told what to configure. You are naturally curious. It shows up in how you ask questions, dig into a client's business and recommend the best practice solution. Wherever you currently sit on the intermediate to senior spectrum, we invest in coaching and mentoring consultants who are keen to grow into greater ownership and seniority over time.
Key Responsibilities Understand the Business Lead or join client current state sessions to uncover business requirements and translate them into clear solution design documents Identify business challenges, gaps and opportunities and recommend the right solution based on best practice Deliver Implementations Contribute to and help deliver full-cycle Business Central implementations, taking on greater ownership as your experience grows Apply integration concepts between Business Central and third-party systems, including APIs and middleware Help clients identify and apply AI capabilities within Business Central to improve how they work Provide user training and support through go-live Support Project Delivery Assist project managers as required with customization documentation, change orders, statements of work and project estimates Visit client sites occasionally as engagements require; travel is the exception, not the rule
What You Bring Must haves 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience implementing full cycle ERP solutions, including core financials, order to cash, procure to pay and supply chain A naturally curious, thoughtful advisor mindset with the professional drive to take real ownership of the outcomes you deliver An openness to embracing AI tools to work more efficiently and deliver greater value to clients Clear communication skills, with the ability to join or lead discovery sessions and turn what you learn into well-organized documentation A collaborative mindset, working closely with colleagues to deliver a successful client experience from beginning to end Willingness to obtain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-920 or MB-800, within an agreed timeframe after joining Preferred Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics GP Hands-on experience with ISV solutions that complement Business Central, such as Project Pro, Armada EQM365, Solver and Cosmos reporting CPA designation or near completion of the CPA program Experience with a Canadian public accounting firm (Big 4 or mid-market); we have found this background tends to produce consultants who are eager to learn and genuinely committed to client service Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
Compensation Competitive base salary calibrated to experience and level. Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and bonus structure.
Eligibility Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. This is a Calgary-based role with hybrid flexibility.
