Position Description Reporting to the Finance Manager, this dynamic individual will be responsible for financial analysis as well as sales and margin reporting related to the Milwaukee business. This position will ensure timely and reliable reporting is available to support the rapid growth of the Milwaukee business. This role will require interaction with all areas and levels within the Milwaukee organization including Sales, Marketing and Operations. What You Will Do Sales and Margin analysis and forecasting P&L analysis or recommendations (program costs, etc.) Liaise with various departments with regards to sales and margin, customer deductions/credits, etc. Provide information to support monthly and/or yearly accruals Annual duties related to budgeting Maintain or update templates, presentations, etc. Ad hoc reporting or analysis as required What You Will Bring Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field CPA certification (or near completion) Clear and concise communication skills Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI Familiarity with SAP, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset Minimal travel required What You Will Benefit From Extensive health benefits, including vision and dental care Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching Contributions Competitive Base Salary (85K to 100K), plus bonus Paid time off and employee discount programs Annual $500 Wellness Program allowance Visit our: Company Website, LinkedIn and Instagram today Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values at TTI.
